For over a decade, we have been transforming sustainably harvested bamboo into beautiful window coverings for homes across Sri Lanka.
From Bamboo Grove to Beautiful Home
Ceylon Bamboo was founded in 2013 in Colombo with a simple mission: to create premium window coverings using Sri Lanka's abundant bamboo resources while supporting local communities and preserving the environment.
Every blind we produce is handcrafted by skilled artisans who have been trained in traditional bamboo weaving techniques passed down through generations. We combine these time-honoured methods with modern design principles to create products that are both beautiful and functional.
Our bamboo is sourced exclusively from certified sustainable plantations in the hill country of Sri Lanka. Bamboo is one of the fastest-growing plants on earth, making it an incredibly renewable resource that helps reduce our carbon footprint.
